This is the result for a front corner joint, 2 and a half hours just to do this one. I still need to chamfer all the edges.You can see the result I wanted was to unite the 2 pieces together and they lived happily ever after. But seriously I am happy with this result but it all needs to be stripped of the anodizing, sanded and polished yet so there is lots to do yet.

Thanks guys I hope the next 7 joints go quicker so I will leave you with a little eye candy. From the top left going right
...Main power switch housing(aluminum) with chrome bezel on top of it
...5 knobs for fan control
bottom left
...power button I may have to use if I don't find the other one that has the on/off symbol on it( I will make an acrylic ring to fill the gap in between the button and the housing)
...small button for reset switch
...powered keylock switch(with wires unplugged)
...camlock for rear panel(this will lock the case so it cannot be opened.
