I got a lot done today! I cut out the window panel and put in some cable grommets. I had no idea how hard it is to get through 1/8 steel. Here are some pics to feast on.
Rough cut out of the window.  Looks pretty damn sexy on the case.  Put in some CyberD grommets.   Backside  Window all ready for paint and "c" channel.  All the paint and can't forget tack cloth.  My new step bits. <3

If you choose to line it with C-Channel the slight irregularities disappear. McMaster has it the cheapest I have found.
I really like how your window came out. It is pretty huge: but well proportioned.

Any particular kind that is the best? Can you give me the page number on the website? I found some on page 3620.
NVM I found it on page 3619. Still don't know which kind is better though. What do you recommend the tear drop shaped one or square?

Well I went to three different places today to see if they had "c" channel, but none had. Not auto zone, napa, or an industrial supplier. So I ordered some on McMaster. I did a lot tonight, but I'm too lazy to upload the pics right now. I'll for sure update tomorrow with some pics.
-Wow I just figured out McMaster is only 25 mins away from my house. (forehead slap)

Here are some more pics of my progress:
I took off the bottom and top pieces so I could paint them.  Added some more rubber grommets for water cooling tubes.  The painting sheet outside in the garage.  Top piece with two holes for fans.  Fan brackets all painted black.  And the front bay piece all primed up.

Just finished taking out the plastic grill in the bottom front piece. To finish it I need to get my new switches from performance-pcs.com and I need to cut out some mesh.

I'll have some more pics for you all tomorrow. I got the rest of the painting done today. So I only have to wire up the front panel and build the res to complete my mod.

Got some more shinny stuff in the mail today! I also cut out the plexi for the side window.
The case is now almost all assembled.  The plexi is all cut out ready to be put in.  Front bay all attached.  Mmmmm..... Copper GTX top from CD!  IandH Barbs on the 480gtx!
