I was going to use 3m mounting tape. It seems to work really well for all sorts of stuff. Just have to see now how much I can cut off behind the vent holes.

Well I wanted to do it today, but I need to make my cuts really precise and I don't trust myself with the table saw. I'm going to go into work early tomorrow to cut the pieces out on the glass cutter.

Woooo...!! I got the res cut out at work today, got my memory and the third hard drive in the mail, oh and I got the C-channel!!! Czech it out!
Mmmmm... C-channel in the top fan cut outs.  Side panel with C-channel and plexi window.  The 1/4 plexi is so clear its like having nothing there at all.  Res pieces all cut out.   Like I told ya, the plexi is clear as heck. Looks like the tape is floating.  New OCZ Titanium mem!  Nice looking mesh and fans!

Man seeing all this progress is making me want to finish my car and move it out of the garage so I can get back to work on my case. I really like what you did with the window big time. Looks good man, can't wait to see when it's finished!
