Finally started on the front panel.

First coat of bondo on it.



I'll sand it down tomorrow and put on another coat.

looks nice if i may suggest something get a peice of wood wrap and paper round it and sand out where you cut the plastic out it will sand it down nice

That part doesn't matter much because you can't see it with the mesh on.

Primer time! Looks good Ken and that Res is just what you wanted. CD's gonna make my res too when I figure out the size. After seeing yours I don't want a plain box res anymore. Don't want to copy your idea though. But you got me thinking. Keep at it and you'll be done in no time.
