well today is another good day, i got something done , i have re done all the bottom, pics and stuff below , hope you in joy the update and all comments are really welcome




Heres what i started with , Then below i have drawn all the stuff to be cut away.






Half an hour later, a dremel 300 and a sander i have the bare bottom again with just the middles filled.



I then drew all the bits needing filler before the new middle section





Filed and then sanded



next is the new plexi section







Test fit i like doing tests like you may already know



Here i have marked and then drilled holes to hold the plexi on while i filler it







On to the filler , first lot on




then sanded and another load of filler on top





Till i have something else to show i have nothing so happy modding, watercooling, dreaming and drawing

What did you use to cut that peice of acrylic?

I used a jigsaw as it is only rough but for proper work i use a router or get it laser cut SYR has a good guide here.
