Please note that the largest panels were cut to size for me as I am unable to handle the jig, the saw and the panel once they reach more than a 12" x 14" rip... too much "bobbling" about - the cut is just not clean. The table saw will return all work inhouse.

The process for getting a smooth surface is multi-part. For 90-degree cuts (non chamfered), I start with a 18V DeWalt cordless circle-saw (100 tooth blade that must be sharp). Then I take an orbital sander to it... then hand sand with a block, then buff with rouge... voila! - Shiny.... Smoooooooth.

For the Chamfered (bull-nosed / eased edges) I use a Dremel, a router attachment/guide and router bits. Then sand and buff.

I took a week off as my Mother was visiting from Spain, and then I got the Flu!... The Flu!! I was able to kick it within 48 hours, but I ran a fever between 102-104! Ugh... I'm glad that one is over.

So not much in the way of verbage... still feeling a little "odd" ...disoriented

Here are some images:

The GPU loop is not doing well at the moment. The temps are 15C hotter than in the previous build with the Danger Den blocks. I think that I know what happened: I am using 3/4" OD tubing. That dimension in conjunction with the extremely narrow gap between the block fitting and the mounting bracket leaves no space for a clip, or even a small zip-tie.

When I installed the loop I used a fair amount of pressure to ease the zip-tie into place. I was able to do so due to me loosening the block screws a single turn. When I was easing [Read: jamming] the zip tie down over the fitting I felt the TIC seal break...

...I will be re-doing the loop this weekend as I continue to work on the case... it is almost done.

I really like the look of the Unisinks, but if after the loop re-work there are still "thermal mis-givings", I will switch back to the DD Full Coverage blocks to run a comparrison.
