Any details on how you did it would be appreciated as i am going to attempt something similar

its very variable on the size of that piece. depending on the length of the psu, the size is different. when i RMA'ed that psu that fit that acrylic piece, the new psu didnt fit it. pretty much all u do is measure the distance between the PSU and the HDD bay and the height from the bottom of the case to the top of the psu. thats pretty much the piece. oh also if you do that, you will need to create about a 1 x 1 cm notch on the front piece because theres a thingy that sticks up on the bottom next to the hdd bay. ill take some pictures of the piece when i get the chance

its nothing perfect or nice like what syrillian does but its good enough for me =X
