I am curious: why are you looking to get a TRUE from your AC Accelero. I should think that cools fairly decently?
And now it is this weekend, do we get to see some updates? *Starts jumping around with pom poms*

Ok, pics are going up to photobucket right now! I now have front, back, top, bottom, and motherboard tray/side installed, but only front and back are epoxied in. Still trying to figure out how to cut drive bays in the front, and expansion slots/motherboard panel/PSU bay on the back.
Any tips are more than welcome! Pictures on first page.

Looks good so far. Are you going to make it a traditional ATX or the modified style with the PSU on the bottom of the case? I have heard it is better air flow. Personally, I cannot wait to see the plastic come off, but I can understand why you are leaving it for now.

yeah Its staying on until the end, but I have some things for buffing + polishing the acrylic anyway
PSU will probably be at the bottom, but I'm also trying to figure out a good way of supporting the weight of it.

Certainly an advantage of putting the power supply on the bottom of the case.
Have you thought of what you will be using for case cooling? Have you been able to get your hands on a TRUE? Several places are selling them for $50-70 new (use Google Shopping). I take it you are going to be looking for a TRUE in passive mode with a few 250mm case fans? (See Newegg) 85 CFM at only 20.6 dB? 129 CFM at 30.2 dB? I would kill someone for that performance. Granted, my loudest component is my hard drive at 42 dB or so. My front bay fan is about 29 dB at the speed I run it at (as loud as 39 or as quiet as 17) and my CPU fan is about 27 dB.

wow... I never thought about using a larger fan...
![]() I was thinking I would just go traditional, but maybe one of those on the top of the case... or possibly intake? hmm...

How about one in the front (if it fits?) as an intake, one on the side directly over the video cards as an intake, and then one up top as an exhaust and one out the rear as an exhaust?
I do not know how thick the case is, you may need to consider 140mm fans for the front/rear/top.

Hm... yeah, that sounds about right. Unless I am mistaken, my case has about $180's worth of ventilation if you count the CPU cooler.
