Well the MSI board I have has no vcore adjustment just FSB etc, so Im not lookign for anything more than 3.4Ghz

Yea the Arctic Cooler 7 is good, I'm using one on my MSI P6N board with an E2160 @ 3Ghz and after 8 hours of stress testing its never gone over 41 degrees

+1 on the Artic Cooler 7. I had my E2140 at 3.1Ghz stable on it, and it always stayed cool.

Got the panels resanded and shot the -very- last of my color coat on them. Got the first coat of clear on there now tacking up for a second coat. So far so good!!
