Hmmm.... the question that you ask is of an entirely personal nature. What shapes do you like?

I like the design that you did on the existing panel, but the convergence points may be too acute and close together to cut them with success (just a guess... I don't wanna pee on anyone's parade).

What things/objects get your attention? Why do they get your attention? Could the element or elements that you find appealing be implemented into a mod?

Sorry... I know that I am not helping you very much, but the question is rather subjective.

Boooo! Well, honestly, Im really open. Thats why I'm asking for suggestions. Someone else's idea might be pretty cool. Im kind of stuck on the design as far as ideas go. I'm not preferential to any shapes really,lmao. Although my tools are limited to a jigsaw/powerdrill. So nothing elaborate, for I have no dremel

I wasnt sure what you meant talking about the points. But looking back I see, I did that sketch extremely fast, that points shouldnt be there. It would be more like the bottom one, coming to a square not a point. I'll re-sketch it tonight. But I am pretty handy with a jigsaw,lol.

True, really I'd just like the mobo and a little maybe of the PSU/drive bays. Nothing like the thermal take window that shows the whole disk drives,lmao.

Attached is a re-do of the side panel design. Got rig of the messy 'points'. The lined areas would be the window. The curved line at the front would just be to line the cuts up.

I hope you don't mind... I took the liberty to highlight some areas that might be an issue.

Consider the mounting hardware for the window panel(s). Ensuer that you have appropriate clearance to install and remove the side-panel from the case.

The dots represent possible mounting points that might be obstruct the panel from being slid into place.

I took a gander at your case without the side panel mounted. It looks like that top cut-out will reveal the PSU?

I only mention that as you made a statement earlier about some windows exposing too much (i.e. drive cages).

...so when does the operation begin, Dr.?
