I was just about to ask that myself coffee. Where are the power switches? Maybe stealthed into the rheostat?

And you will be building a custom EFI shield, or you just did not want to install it until the final assembly?

My only one small complaint: I am not so sure about the monkey wire. It does not seem to mesh well with the rest of the case.

just out of curiosity, how did you cut the acrylic?
Circular skill saw with a woodcutting blade on it. I've used a jigsaw on the sig rig build (Flip This case) and it just melted the acrylic and it bonded back. I found that using this circular skill-saw and just going slow on the cut makes a better cut. It removes the cut material rather than letting it melt back together.

For now I just jump the header pins, LOL. The switches are a/b to be ordered, they will be the aircraft style flip cover ones and will be mounted on the back panel under the PSU or by the back

Where I've circled.

blitz-
The back I/O shield doesn't fit actually. It's still in the air. The original I/o panel was rivoted in and recessed some, so after I've cut the old one out, the mobo sits a few mm's behind where I could pop my new on in. Maybe that makes sense, lol. I'm still not decided on trying to make the new one fit flush somehow or leaving it open

The mesh. I like it, but with the color coat on, theres just something not popping with it to me. When I redo this window I might just leave the mesh out, we'll see.

carl-
What exactly dont you like a/b the side panel? The design or my shotty cutting, or something else maybe? Just wondering

Thanks for all the feedback and honesty guys. I appreciate all the i love it and hate it's.

I won't go on about how good the case is because I'm afraid you'll get bigheaded

Nah, seriously man, it's amazing!

The silver mesh lets it down slightly for me - it doesn't blend in very well...any chance you could paint some to match the rest of the case, and use some decent high quality stuff (like AcRyan kinda style) for that extra bit of flair?

Jumping them? Damn that must be awkward See if your BIOS has an option under PS2 Keyboard for "Any key" - you can boot the system by pressing any key, it's awesome! I used it when Kai had no front panel

I don't know, maybe best the rest of the case is too awesome. Or i think it looks a bit weird on such a big case. Only my opinion though, i'm very weird like that

Im thinking when I recut the acrylic I will make the side panel a whole window rather than leaving the mesh. Like i was telling blitz, at the beginning of the build the mesh worked, but with the color and everything done (as you said) it kind of lets the rest down ya know. That and I dont have $$$ to go buy new mesh, Im diverting funds to the Mod comp build at this point LOL.

A/b anykey, I'm running a wireless mouse+keyboard. Those wont work with anykey will they? I thought i read somewhere with someone having issues getting a wireless keyboard to work like that.

ah and the side panel...its the squares. It looks like mini chicken wire. Sorry for being blunt. It might help if A) you paint it B) You get honycomb.

No the saw doesnt snap it. Just make a smooth, slow cut. I dont know how many TPI this blade is, if i can read it on the blade I'll let you know.

Edit: just looked, can't read it. Its just a generic blade though, from what I can tell. If you want a pic LMK and i'll snap one for ya
