How many of those cases do you have?

Nice job though, you should get those little cone things from MNPC that make the fan look more "turbiney."

lol. A 'friend of a friend' had/has a few of them. Used to work at a college, they scrapped them for new ones. Actually have two beside me right now as I type with the old PII and PIII slot cpus.

I'm going by the local hobby store this week and see if they have any of the nose cone things. Not sure what color *if any* that I want to paint the fans. But yes, the nose cones just make this mod so much cooler,lol.

LOL, I dont know how I missed this..Nice job with moulding in the fans!

I really enjoy watching people re-use computer stuff. Most of the older stuff is much better than the newer parts.
The metal in my case is probably half the thickness of this one, easier to work with but not as sturdy.

Dont remind me about how thick the metal is, LOL. I just tried to cut a peice out on the HD rack that comes in this case by hand and gave up! It is sturdy, no doubt!

Looks good. The nose cones are cool...but you might be able to make one from an "Easter Egg" if you have one laying around.

About the window. The desigbn is intriguing..but I would make it a tad more narrow to hide the not so pretty optical drive bay.

Easter eggs! CD, your a genius! I'll have to see if I have any now,lol. Also, I have a thread just for the window design if you'd like to contribute. I'm still undecided.

For the case, jigsaw. On the HD piece just some wire cutter pliers, I was just seeing if i could, didn't feel like pulling the jigsaw out,lol.
