My only criticism comes from the LED fan and the eventual cold cathodes. For me, I want all the focus in my HT to be on the television. In essence, everything else should just fade into the background and your focus should naturally be on the media. If you're putting LEDs and cold cathodes in the rig, it's going to detract from the experience. At least that's my opinion. Nevertheless, a solid little HTPC!

Its just a potentiometer, resistor (I'd have to take it apart to find out the correct size), and a small heatsink. Then I soldered the 3 pin wiring to it for ease of access

Lol, OMG. Honestly I don't remember how the heck I made those. Let me go rip it apart real quick, and find out how they were made (if its easy enough to pull off, I may or may not have zip ties holding me back here). If I'm able to remove that panel easily enough, I'll check it out and post a How To thread.
