I'd also like to make note, I understand HOW they work...I just can't for the life of me remember how the resistors played into effect here. Because if they're wired on the input side, the fans will never see 12v, right? But the same goes to if they were wired to the output side. Lol, I gotta go look again.

Lol...."How To: Make your own cheapo fan controller!" Has a nice catchy ring, lol. Yeah I'm replacing the Blue LED fan on this case real soon since its so incredibly dusty...looks horrible. When I do so, I'll have a look at how them puppies are wired, and get a good How To with diagrams going.
