As for the liquid electical tape - I used it just to be sure. This was end-game and I wanted to take no chances, and I think it may have helped as I had already used non-condutive washers to no avail.

Vantage did not top 38-40C (multiple runs at stock settings, and the ambient was a degree or two higher) which was monitored with HW monitor that provides a high/low reading.
