Case Modder

Hi everyone
Well I decided to try to sell my current stuff on ebay and want to put everything in one package. So I wanted to do a makeover with this Lancool K7 Metal Boned case I bought on ebay from 3dgameman (Rodney Reynolds) This is the same case in this VIDEO REVIEW. I really wanted to put water cooling inside this case, but after receiving the case it was just to crammed inside for a 240GTX standing upright in the front dual 120mm area. So it is all air on this one baby. So I bought a Tuniq Tower cpu cooler, and a soon to be lapped Q6600 Go cpu. And to cool the Crucial PC-8500 a Corsair memory cooler as well. This project buiild will not have much modding going on with it, more like a quick makeover. Here are my current parts list I have so far for this build. I plan on cutting out a window for the case, and change the fans inside the case as well. I am not sure if I should add fans with leds or not? I plan on getting case powder coated Metallic Blue outside, and inside Silver Metallic. YouTube - #906 - Lancool Metal Boned K7 Case Video Review Intel Q6600 GO (soon to be lapped) Tuniq Tower (lapped see here) Crucial Ballistix DDR2 PC-8500 2GB Corsair Memory Cooler Corsair TX750W PSU eVGA 680i mobo 2 x eVGA 8800GT SSC SLI (700/2000/1725) stock air 2 x Western Digital Raptor 36GB 16MB cache raid -0- 1 Seagate 500GB 32MB cache storage Microsoft XP PRO or Vista Ultimate (oem) ![]() ![]() ![]()
