The shrouds I used are 25mm. The fans are 38mm. There isn't much to work with, unless you scrap the shrouds.. or get 25mm fans.

Wow, yeah on second look I see that now. Probably could go without shrouds and just seal it with foam, as long as it's airtight through there you should get decent pull.

There will be a window, or maybe two. The smoked acrylic didn't arrive yet tho. I did get some other acrylic for the res, and some junk from McMaster-Carr. Pics in a few, but no real progress happened today. Thanks for the comments.

On a side note, have you tried the ultra kaze fans yet?

They are LOUDDDD. I got two for my rocketfish.

I did try the fans, and yes they're loud. Tho most of the time they will be running 7V or so on a controller.
