You should be happy with those fans. Tho if the 2Krpm models only push 80cfm, then look into the Scythe Slip Stream's There is a model which does 80cfm+ at only 24db. I have them in my case and they're silent.

Yeah, I'll save up and get some 120mm, and if I can get a working Dremel or something, I might try and make my front intake into a 120mm fan mount instead of 80mm.

Might I recommend a Scythe Kama Bay Cooler if you have enough free 5.25" slots for it?
Even if you ultimately mount a different company's fan on it (like I did) it is still easier than Dremeling away.

Yeah, I already have a 120mm fan in that spot, I was planning on putting one in the 80mm spot, and I'd rather customize my case, so its even more unique.

I actually headed out to the shop yesterday to burn the midnight oil, but never got there. I saw a few friends on the way, and ended up at a bar I have to make-up hours in school today, so I doubt anything will happen. Maybe by tomorrow night I'll have something good to show.

This technique should get you a better finish on the brushed aluminum.
