Man, you've made me want to mod my old Pentium MMX machine a bit (Specs are in PC's thing, in my profile) I really should for the hell of it.

ok, so i think im gonna mount the psu on top of the actual case and do some stuff up bondoing up there, but is there a way to lengthen the psu cables with out any stripping and soldering? Just paybe extenders? As is i think they will be too short and harder to hide

You can by molex and power pin extenders of varying sizes if you plan on putting the PSU up top.
For some of the case fans, Warfarin88 has done some awesome things with bottom and top mounted fans in his m998 build that could give you some ideas. As for the front, alot of guys lately have been resurrecting the 'turbine' front fan mod ( I beleive my Phoenix build jump started it,lol) that is pretty awesome and not seen as much as other mods. Windows- anywhere you think is cool! Designs all vary, just grab some paper and sketch it up. Took me around 2 weeks before I decided on a design I really liked. Thats all I have off the top of my head, most important thing is HAVE FUN and GO CRAZY!

Where have you found a 300mm fan??And have you measured the front, Thats a very large fan, I honest dont think it would fit. My 120mm is almost as wide as my case frame (within reason of course, not skin tight, lol.)

Yeah, 300mm is almost a third of a meter. Roughly twice the width of your case. I may do this with my old P4 machine at some point. Whenever I get up the courage to ask the wife if I can blow $120 on an ABIT IP35-E and E2180 to make it worth the effort. Could be a while...

I cant find the fan now, but is was a replacement fan for a case that used it, looking at maybe a 250mm.
About the fan being to big, thats the idea, i want it wider than the case, then i can bondo rig something to make it look like a plane engine. Just my thoughts atm anyways.

A 250mm fan would still be too big, look at this picture- http://lh6.ggpht.com/_sRmNeTO7EmI/Ri...o/100_0894.jpg
That takes up almost half the side of the case. The largest fan that would probably work with the front of your case would be a 140mm. Newegg has a small selection of 140mm fans to chose from- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...540&name=140mm One last thing,I wouldn't trust the CFM and dBa ratings from TT, I have a couple Thunderblades that are way louder than 20dBa's.
