Good stuffs!!

But yeah, like repo said that PSU might get too hot, you may want to test it out for a few minutes and see how hot the air gets inside there.

I would really consider trying to fit a larger exhaust fan on the PSU box. Those 25mm's are not going to cut it,IMO. And a hot PSU is an unhappy PSU. Could you fit perhaps a 80mm in the back?
Thanks Repo. Yes that is a concern . I am going to see how hot it gets in there. Considering that this server will be running 24/7 I am not taking any chances.
I am going to test it today and see how it looksif it gets hot I am going with the 80mm at the back.

wow, how did you manage that remote CD eject switch? Great idea!

Make sure there is a vent on the opposite side of the rheobus, that way the majority of the air will flow past the rheobus and out the vent.

Oh ok, good. I just know that my (naked) PSU in Phoenix is always warm. Even with it having the most airflow possible (no casing) the 80mm exhaust fan, you can always feel a warm breeze out of it. And that is only a 300w'er, and not running 24/7 either.

You just solder in a switch to the front eject button. It's a simple momentary on, just push the button, it jumps the contacts, and opens. Its just a simple move of the button. Da Ja Voo has a guide on this on the net somewhere.

Edit: http://www.daejavoo.com/pages/moddin...full-guide.php Theres some linkage to Dae Ja Voo's guide, Nate!

Thanks Nate,
Yup I will add a vent on the other side. I was actually trying to figure out what to do for an exhaust. The fan controller is not exactly in the center because I had to allow for the intake fan. Now there is not enough space to put a fan on the other side for exhaust. I could maybe fit a 25mm x 10mm fan there.

Yes repo you nailed it I followed Dae Jaa Voo's guide for the switch.

just put a vent. if its the path of least resistance, most of the air will flow there and you don't have to worry about another fan

Finally Testing has concluded and I am happy to report that the 2 25mm fans seem to be doing their job. I left the whole thing running for about 24 hrs and it seems to be nice and cool on the inside
