Nice build man, that's crazy...its not very rackable though, anymore is it? Not to many people have started modding rack servers, or server racks for that matter...I am modding a server cabinet and some 4U cases, I came on Overclock.net for some inspiration, man the gears are turning...Anyway, nice work!

I used the dremel bit# 125. Its not exactly meant for engraving but I found it really useful to etch fine lines. I later found a sanding bit in my dremel accessory box (it is almost pointed towards the tip.) I am not sure what it is exactly called. That actually did a decent job of sanding off the acrylic and giving it a smoked look. I'll post a picture of the bit once I get home from work.

Welcome to OCN and thanks. I would love to see your build log. Ha Ha and yes its now no longer rackable its more of a glowy box for folding with lots of airflow and makes a hell a lot of noise (at least with the delta cranked all the way up )

Well I completed the PSU and Drive hold for the server and now I can see light at the end of the tunnel. All that is remaining is to wire up the LED's at the base and put all the hardware in

The monitor frame also has received its quota of flat black paint. Hopefully I will be able to clearcoat it tomorrow.

Thanks Syr I am glad you like it . I was just afraid that there was too much blue in this whole thing ,although it is only noticeable in a dark room .The overall The modularity of the whole thing is still questionable . It was kinda hard putting everything in there, a little more planning would have surely helped.
