just built a brand new scroll saw stand, mounted the new saw, and was cleaning it down getting ready to cut when wife came called down and said she was leaving... I totally forgot she was going out. I had no choice to stop what I was doing and come up and watch Jess.
Having said that EVERYTHING else is done and tested, was just ready to cut acrylic. Here's the question: do I post pics from today's work, then post up some finals tomr, or do I save everything for tomr? mini vote  I'll start making the log anyway cheers

Jessie's Gumdrop - Day 11 - Final Assembly
detaped the painted psu, came out pretty good I think. Had no choice on the squared off area, couldnt tape from inside. Its well hidden in top of case.  psu from back, filthy fan emphasized by flash   FINALLY got the mobo mounted, after having a war with some pop rivets - long story  hdd moved to top cdrom inserted in middle of 3 drive cage  preparing to mount the anti-jessie switches  mounted   snapped this pic and realized psu was mounted upside down  flipped it coming together. tucking some wires out of view as best as possible  just thought this looked cool. aw, its resting.  starting to put in the cards and bling card holder bolts   cards and vented covers  tricked out the case speaker cable  mounting uv lamp and custom switch  after it was all together it was time for tests... its alive!  humming along, everything functioning as expected including bot anti-jessie switches and the uv lamp and switch. I didnt snap with the lamp on, more on that when the acrylic is done (or epic phail, whichever occurs ) no playing games with droopy loose channel.  3m tape for window  continued below... * This Worklog post was generated using WorklogCreator - Version: 1.0.0.5 * Free Download: http://www.mod2software.com/worklogc...logcreator.zip

day 12 continued
peeled tape backers and pressed it on, here's the result  back shot showing black speed screws on case  lamp and inverter in their final positions, used 3m tape to mount              If im gonna do acrylic Im gonna do it right, hit lowes this morning  got some cement and 12 11.5 tpi spirals, and 12 46 tpi spirals. might as well have this stuff on hand. Hell, even the VIDEO card matches lol. Are you gonna spraypaint the PCI covers for the video/sound/tv/wireless cards black too? Or leave those bare? I mean its easy to remove them from the cards, its just a couple of screws.
