Good point my dear Watson!

How is it going cooling wise? I ask because, no offence intended, but the cooling diagram just looks like an absolute mass of turbalent air.

For starters you have about 450 CFM coming in, and only 100 odd CFM going out. less & clever = more. Use physics to your advantage: take 450 CFM out and you create a roughly -450 CFM vacuum, thus drawing in 450 CFM without any intakes. Intakes should be used to direct incoming air, not to actually draw it in. Not to mention fans blowing in literally every direction (left, right, up and down)

Erm, project hasn't been completed yet, and probably won't be for awhile.
Also, wouldn't the same principle apply if I were to have an abundant amount of intakes?

I'm practically positive what happens to aluminum over time is still called oxidizing, although it's not "rusting". Aluminum gets white looking spots instead of the rust colour.
