[Completed] Blue and Black
Hey guys. This is my first work log so bear with me.
 Anyways, I have decided to build my own acrylic case for my sig rig. I won't be getting into anything heavy until Thursday because of exams but I will start to post pics up of what I have started tomorrow once my sister gives back my cam. I just wanted to start a thread up so I wouldn't forget. So peace out! BTW this is gonna be a fast paced project as I won't have school bogging me down.

Ok so heres my work space.
__________________ These are the acrylic pieces I cut while not studying.  Here is the hardware going into the build.  After today (my last exam) I'll devote all my time to this project.

Ok so i went out and bought a hole saw today (4 and half inch) for the 120mm fans.
__________________ Cut them out. A problem arose in that my drill started to smoke out of the back so it was a slow progress because every 5 mins I had to wait for it to cool down. >.<   Here I was sorta experimenting and found out how I could mount the power and reset buttons.  I just drilled a hole with a smaller bit through the acrylic and then a bigger bit to make a "dent". The buttons just fit right in.    Unfortunately, my hand isn't very stable and the left led hole sort of shifted by itself.

I went out and bought some acrylic glue and found a syringe.
__________________ Glued front and one side piece. I have to finish cutting the back and other side piece tomorrow.
