I think you should go for Option 5:
Fill both flames, but leave the outline of the inner flame unetched.

Now I am starting to lean towards 5 as well. I was looking mostly at #1, but now Manyak's suggestion for #5 really 'sheds some light' on the matter :P (ha ha cheap joke direct flames to dev/null@hazcookiez.com)
__________________But seriously, I would love to get this done tonight, so if anybody else has some opinions on the matter, would be a good time to share ![]() I plan on using a diamond or carbide tipped rotary tool on very low speed to do the etching. Unfortunately this isnt cast acrylic and WILL melt into ugly globs if I go too fast, as the sides of the piece may show. Fear not, it wont look that ugly when installd...I hope Can I haz cookiez now? ![]() ![]() ![]()
