Update #10 1/7/09

Sorry for the low quality pics, the are from my phone...

So for this set up ill be recycling most of my old watercooling setup, however i was able to get some new parts, and they finally came:

Yesterday when the box arrived I opened it up to check everything out right away. I was pretty amazed by the heatsinks and was toying around with them, not paying attention to the radiator or tubing, as i saw both a large radiator box and some tubes sticking out of a bag. Now usually when I get tubing I go on over to micro center and buy a pre-packaged bag with somewhere between 4 and 6 feet of tubing. Since I am so used to that(buying it in a sealed pack), i never even thought to look for this:

So man was I surprised when I got this:

12 inches. I ordered 12 inches of tubing to do my entire case. Man do I feel dumb.

I was still able to make a temp setup which should keep me going for a few more days:

Update #11 1/14/09

Ok so I finally finished off the other side panel and got the window mounted. Although you cant really see it in the pic this thing i is just as mirrored as the other panel:

Next thing I got done was the front piece. As with above, this thing is mirrored too, you cant really see it in the pic, but there is a small reflection in the bottom right corner. Also all this stuff is kinda dusty, the chasis is a dust magnet and has been sitting for two or three weeks so I got dust on my fingers when handling it and the fingerprints are on the front piece in the pic:

Next job is to sleeve that ugly hole. I will use this old coaxial cable for sleeving:

Cut out a chunk without any print on the side:

Starting to gut it:

All hollowed out:

And sliced down the center:

Going for the right fit:

Gluing it down:

And done(note all the dust):

Finally, I was going to finish the top piece and finally be done with the case, but it had some flaws so I guess ill have to repaint it. Fun.

And finally, in order to motivate myself, I took one of my 8800gt's out and put the new waterblock and unisink on it, so no pc gaming till its done.

So the tubing, clamps, and coolant are in the mail and should be here friday, however I leave friday, im heading out to wyoming to do some good ol' snowboarding. Anyways, expect another update later next week.

Thanks for viewing. Hope I finish this soon, if you haven't noticed I started this thread on July 21st

Good job on the case! I love the white/black look! You should sleeve all teh cables black and then put white heatshrink on them. Also get those Xigmatek fans with white LED's and 2 12" white cathodes. That way the inside will have some white to contrast with the black. Obviously it is up to you but that is how I would do it.
