As for the wrinkles in the paint, I would say resand them, give a light re-priming and then spray again. Sounds like the panels might not have been cleaned well enough, causing the 'wrinkling'.

hey xye! nice rig! loving the full cover block and res/pump look at night!

as for the dish soap, it acts a wetter for the copper and the extra airpockets just disappear. kinda like that. and it won't cause froth. if it does, just let it sit for a bit in open air and it'll disappear. after they disappear, just start it up again and you're good.

mine started to froth cause i dropped the dish soap while bleeding so lots of unneeded turbulence. add the dish soap after its done bleeding, then you won't get any froth.

If I ever think about painting something again kick me and tell me to get it done by people who know what theyre doing. I mean i probably could do it, but for something like this it would have just been better to get it powdercoated.

I guess theres not really much more I can say. This has been quite a learning experience and I hope it won't be my last as i must admitt i enjoyed it, and hopefully you have to.

Yes it is warping a little, I made the standoff's myself and unfortunately didn't get them quite in the right positions. They all go through the holes and it isn't warped alot just a mm here and there.
