 So the idea started with Sizeak's original thread, which is to convert the original PS2 into a fully functional x86 computer while keeping it as close to the original as possible. Fellow OCN console to HTPC mods: Sizeak's PS2 > HTPC Prophet of Mephisto's Xbox > HTPC mod Dragoons Xbox 360 > Home Server [Project ИιהєBязλκεя] Club-ITX Now the actual work log: Materials Used: -Intel Atom 230 with Intel mobo -Sony DVD+RW Laptop Drive -1GB PNY DDR800 RAM -Laptop to IDE converter board -2.5in SATA 80GB 5400 HDD -picoPSU-90 powersupply with inverter -PS2 > USB controller converter board (Maybe) -Wireless keyboard and mouse to experiment with -80pin IDE cable for use as wires -A pencil holder or something to substitute modders mesh -Battery powered Weller soldering gun -Lots of high-temp hot glue Software: Windows XP Pro GameEX frontend MAME Arcade Emulator Project64 SNES9x Also, i am now using http://picmarkr.com to watermark my pictures. (update 12+) OP got too big, so i'm going to post most recent updates on the OP and permalinks to old updates.  Updates 1-8 Update 9 Update 10 Update 11 Update 12 Update 13 Update 14 The whole family is over for Christmas eve, so the pics/post were done quickly. Update 14.5:__________________________________________ I have started working on the mod once again. There were some minuscule problems that were so evasive i gave up for a while. The front panel has been fixed. The reset/eject buttons were linked, so when the eject button was pushed the computer would turned off. I cut the PCB and that is no longer an issue. Both LED's are green. One solder point on the blue LED came loose, and in my efforts to re-solder it i melted the LED. It has been replaced with a second green LED. My way of mounting the DVD drive was inefficient and messy. I have the drive enclosed in its external enclosure which has been modified to allow the IDE converter board. It now lines up perfectly, but the extra plastic on the bottom has presented some space issues only present when the case is screwed together. I would try this if it works out. I've got the original PS2 but it's cd-r drive is busted so its junk.
EDIT: Oh mini-itz? Lol i coudlnt do this yet. My dad and i coudl do it though since he has the money :P
