Day 2

these are the actual fans that are going into the rig. 12x 110CFM scythe slipstreams. quite a bit eh?

these are male to male BP connectors. not too sure what i'll be using these for yet. but we'll see!

i'll definitely be using these. these are BP 45degree rotary angles. i can spin them 360 w/o a problem. i can only imagine how useful these will become.

a kaze master and a lian li temp/rpm sensor. not sure as to which i'll be using. i'll be using it for rpm sensing on my pumps. if i do go for the kazemaster, i'll be shortening the knobs. with the lian li, i'd need to have a custom built panel for it or integrate it into the top/side of the case. what do you guys think? which one should i do?

this is my little friend! a power supply extension. i've already tried it with my pumps and it works great. i can't wait to start modding for the rig.

here is iandh's stealth grille. its seriously a work of art. gonna have to make my cuts really nice so i can do it justice.

and another question for my OCN brethren. which style should i use for the case feet? the one on the left or right?

i'll have another update tomorrow but its just more stuff that will be going into the case. gotta build up the suspension right?

for the lian li and scythe rpm/temp monitors.. should i use one of theso two or should i get a zalman mfc2? and paint the silver part black/midnight blue?

edit: scratch that. i'm using the scyth. i've already cut down the knobs as i won't ever be using them. i need a way to integrate this into the case now.

is it possible to see each way under the case even if just stacked as a test?
both ways look ok, but with the case as a reference in the pic with the feet will be easier to decide

(thanks for the feedback on the app mate)

Day 3

hey guys! more parts are in!

this is a G1/4" female to female transfer. this will go with the G1/4" male to male and a barb to extend the barb.

stop plugs. low profile and regular. depending on what i need, i'll use whichever one

male and female molex pins. and male and female molex connectors. for the psu extensions.

another psu extension. this one will be controlled by a switch, and the other will be on whenever the computer is on.

sound card. xonar dx. i've heard really good things about this sound card. can'nt wait to try it out.

fans.. an orange blackfire for the top part of the case. and two 80mm black fires for the psu.

and the best part! my case is here!!! i didn't take any pics of it before i started taking it apart cause i was just so excited to have it!

so here it is pretty much all stripped from the front. i still need to take out lots of rivets. because the exterior will be powder coated a midnightblue and the inside components will be powdercoated white.

another shot of the case from the side.

here are its side panels. that i'll need to cut up for a window and the radgrills on the bottom

here are the accessories that i took out. start from the top in counter clockwise fashion: HD cages, wheels, cpu exhaust, vga exhaust, psu base, bay panels, pci brackets, io panel, and the bottom center divider.

here are my rads refitted with the 45 degree rotary angles with the fatboy barbs.

here is a mock fitting of the rads at the bottom. a perfect fit! makes me happy!

and even better! still got clearance for the fans!

and another mock fitting but of the exhaust fans that will go below the case.

and here is the big question!!!

which style? please don't mind the off centeredness of the feet.
this one.

or this one?

thanks again guys for the feedback! always love to hear your opinions!

edit: forgot to put up the mock setup of the psu extensions and the powersupply.
