Hiyah.

Hmmmm.... as far feet go, I like the set that has a break in the middle, although in truth both look sharp... but what doesn't look good under a case like that?

hehe, nice to see you in here syr! but yea, the feet are a hard choice. we'll see as it goes. at first i was for the solid aluminum but after looking at it under the case, the break was growing on me. as for iandh's grill, i love it. though i'm gonna have to return this one until he sends out the 480GTX grills cause i figure i might as well go all out on the fans since it fits!

Day 4

hey guys! got some more stuff today and decided to mess around with some of my new toys.

here is a combination of... male to male, transfer, and 45 degree fitting. pretty dang long huh?

and here is how it is on a gfx v2. it won't be a problem in case as i measured it up with a different v2 in valkyrie.

and this one is just the 45 degree fitting with fatboy barb. i'm just trying to figure out what is the best way for me to get 3 cards in there without any kinks... might have to resort to a bunch of Ls and Ts.

sigh.. atleast it'll be two pumps and a 480GTX. if it wasn't i'd be a bit worried about my temps and such.

very nice Naf.

As for the feet I am liking the break in the middle better, but here's a twist... on the top foot do the rubber side UP, then the same on the bottom foot. Then on the bottom bottom you could either leave it alu-to-desk, or get a thin sheet of rubber and cut circles a bit smaller in diameter to the feet, and glue em on. I think the break in the middle, with the foot rubber up on both looks sexy

Day 5

hello again! today, i took apart the case. well most of it. anyway.

here are the rail guides. all six of them.

there here are the rails themselves.

and the motherboard, center divider, and bay drive holder still in tact. question is, should i take it apart and get it powdered individually or powdered all together as it is?

and here is the bare case. i need to start cutting holes into for the exhaust.

i'm actually doing some drilling and cutting today. well more drilling than anything. the zalman fan controller front clamped to my bay drive panel.

after the drilling. looks good to me!

antd here it is and how it would look with the knobs on top but then realized that i actually drilled the holes on the wrong half!

but its ok, i just took another drive bay and redid it and here it is how it looks. though actually they are both the last one just flipped upside down.

not sure which orientation i want but i think i want it on the bottom.

and here is my altered scythe kaze master. i cut off all four knobs as i won't be using them. this is purely for information on my pumps and water temps going through the tubing. i got rid of the flimsy cover and i think it look really good just bare metal. but i need to get another one made w/o the holes so i can just put it in my drive bay.

so the three questions i have today are!

1.) should i take apart the mobo/bay holder for powdering (all same color:white)
2.)should i powder my bay drives black while the rest of the case is midnight blue(rad is black already and i'm leaving them as is)?
3.)what color blackfire fans should i use inside (1x 120mm, 2x 80mm)?

ABout the feet I think they look best with the space in the middle. Not sure about the powdercoat.

no, not yet. i should be able to finish measuring where i'll be cutting by the end of the week.
