1st mod: Part Two

Bringing more fresh air

I saw that two front fans already have steel mesh, and plastic dense mesh in front of them, so I thought sponges on bay covers are completely useless, it will do nothing but reduce fresh air for my components. So I did something about it.

NZXT Tempest front panel is easy to remove, just pull off the case, at bottom, where is the place for you to grab.

The fans are well isolated from dust:

This is wrong, I thought to use tools, but it will only make trouble to return the mesh clips into original position:

So, first mod is over, in part two I got to know how the front panel works, and was exciting...
Have many plans for this case, but not much time, so hold on, some bigger changes will come surerly, I want to make this case log-guide good...

if it were me I would cut away the steel grids and improve the air flow further. my first thought would be a holesaw, but that squared configuration really wants a neat dremelling across the support bars, or a jig to make quicker work. I think it would look better and it would definitely flow better, but thats mho. good job either way

, I just didn`t have time for all of this... Lots of programs to install, drivers to update, plus I have faculty and job to go...not to mention borrowing the camera, should buy my own soon

Here is HwMonitor and CCC Temps after I fixed fan speed, this is @38% speed, I set it to 50% while gaming and it isn`t horrible..
