Heh. Welp, shes up and running with the tracers. I'm really starting to like this board a LOT. Had a little hiccup in the beginning with it only having 1 ps/2 port and my wireless keyboard/mouse receiver has 2 PS2 connectors so I had to improvise with an adapter.
Uploading pcs now. Damn camera was inside the case. Good thing I had a few things to do this morning or my HSF might have gobbled it up.

Moving right along.

Here;s how my day started yesterday.
Got to have that coffee.

I started the day by doing the front panel and hiding the firewire cable and shortening the USB and header wires to make them tidy. As I was doing this, I came across s filter in between the mesh in the front and the actual plastic of the panel. This had to go.

When I was done with this, I took a several hour break to rewire my computer room. I went to Frys and picked up some cable race to hide about 10 feet of coax cable, xome ethernet cable and about 200 ft of speaker wire for my 5.1 system.
When I was done with that, I went out to get the mail and a package had arrived.
(Thanks Richie!)

I thought I was going to have to remove my HSF to get the memory swapped out, but it turns out I had barely enough room.

Looking through the side of the case.

When I was at Frys earlier in the day, I grabbed a 12" IDE cable for my optical drive.

Should make things easier for cable management.
I'm gonna shut up now and just post the pics you've been waiting to see.
Feel free to comment and ask questions.

Tha't's pretty much it for now. I do plan on upgrading my video card soon (if the dude ever sends me the money for mine) so there will be another project coming. Might even add a side window to show off the tracers.

Your guess is as good as mine. Good thing I had a few things to do this morning before booting it up. Otherwise my HSF might have gobbled it up.

Edit - Just ran 3dMark06 free version and with my wimpy 4200+, the tracers and my 9600GT, I scored 8013. With the 533 mhz ram I had before, my score was in the 7600's.

Nice gain on 3DMark! Glad to see it all came together nicely.

Definately should add a case window to show off that nice interior paint job.

Looks great! Glad you are enjoying the Tracers! You should definitely make a window mod to show off the inside!

Yeah, my wife convinced me I need to bust out the Dremel this weekend. I'll probably run to Lowes and get a cheap piece of lexan or something to slam in there.
But first I need to find out why my idle temps are so high. I'm running at 205 x 5 and my idle temps are near 48*C.

Thx bro! More to come as well. Turns out airflow is the problem (excuse to mod the case). I will be going to grab 3x80mm fans for the top and seeing if I can fit a 120 on the side.
