For a 7-year old system, it sure is sparkling clean...

Kudos on the clean-up or the maintenance during the time you used it.

And yeah... that is a nice sturdy-looking case.

I like your mesh in the front idea. In fact when I first had a look at you plan I kind of frowned at your initial idea of applying bondo to the 5.25" to make them seamless. Good to see them go altogether.

Haha! Well, I've got months to spare If it comes out even remotely similar to your fan tunnels, I will be shocked and jumping for joy.

I've always taken care of my computers. I guess for the longest time it was like my car, something to do. It's a bit dusty inside, but nothing a good wipe won't fix. I really can't even express at how strong this sucker is, it's like comparing tinfoil to wood..

Neither did I, it was too flat and plain, but I didn't really have any ideas at the time. The front of my current case is mesh and it was something I loved in cases, almost bought the cm stacker way back when because of it. Only thing is I gotta find out where I can buy some nice sturdy mesh

Thanks, that would be perfect if they did. The round hole one would be what I want, the other one would be too flimsy/ not sturdy enough for what I wanted.

Edit: they do! Takes quite a while to get here apparently, but they do. If I can't find anywhere closer, that will be the way to go. Thanks again.

MNPCTech does apparently ship internationally, I'm just in the process of ordering some modder's mesh myself. This looks like a great project, I'ma watch it.

They also have a 120mm green LED fan that I need, so I'll probably nab two, gonna hold off on the order till I know exactly how much and what I need from them, so I can make it all in one order
Thanks for the interest guys!

On another note, I finally got myself a new xbox 360. This is actually the fifth one. I initially bought a used console in april, which rashed 30 days later, I traded it in for another, and that crashed in about 2 weeks, traded it again, crashed in 10 days, traded it again, lasted 3 months and then crashed. So I gave EB Games hell and they gave me a brand spanking new 360 arcade and let me keep my HDD It's a good day.
