It makes me feel really old when I hear that someone doesnt know what the LED numbers on the front panel are for lol!
An 'oldie' to teh rescue!

The LED module is fully programmable via the jumpers on the back. They turn off and on individual segments of the display to make up characters.
I suspect in your case it should be '166' as in 166Mhz(!) but either one segment has died or jumper has been moved or is missing.

Back in the day, this was used to 'show off' the amazing speed of that system - 166Mhz man!

It should be safe (very low voltages) 4 u to experiment with the jumpers to make new characters while the LED module is powered on - with some tinkering you will work out what each jumper does
