Here is a Sunbeam 4 Pin Molex Multi-Port hidden in the 3.5" floppy bays to allow for overall wire management. It also conveniently hides the annoying LED's that Sunbeam likes to put on all their products and should be castrated for.




Here are some pictures of a box of 109R Sans Ace that I recently received.




They are rated 30 dBa at 70 CFM!

Here are some beauty shots of the case itself. Now I realize that I forgot to take some internal day shots, so they will be in the next update.







Next update will include:
- Integration of remote power and cathode bay bus
- Internal shots of a very clean system
- Final shots, hopefully in studio quality

Q) Having just used a Candy powder myself (Lollypop Purple), did you find that the Green Candy pulled away from the sharp edges of the metal?

Have been reading up about candy powders and it's seems to be prevelant characteristic that it pulls away from edges.

You can see it a little in this picture, see the edges are silver, thats because the purple pulled away leaving the silver base naked.

Powder will always pull away from the edges as it hardens cuz it shrinks as it hardens and bonds. Basically the powder grains gather and hug together. A good way to avoid that is to use a thicker layer of powder on the edges and cure it a bit slower in the oven so it wont shrink and thin out as much.
