Default [Project]Techstation

As it is currently:

------------------------------------------------------------
hey guys!

this isn't really modding but more of a regular build log of my techstation.

so here are two of the TribalOverkill that CD was selling! man! are these reservoirs friggin beautiful!!! the simplicity of it , is what makes it so breath taking at the same time!

here, i started to find a way to attach the rad to the tech station... it was interesting in finding a way to do this as it was getting really late.. by the time i was done, it was like 2 am and i had class the next morning too. way too frigging addicting!

here is the bottom attachment for the rad, i could get it screwed into the support post so i stuck it the bottom board and used the L bar as more of a hook to keep the rad in place! antd it works absolutely perfect!

a quick look at the cable management. it actually looks much cleaner than that. i hope. but i do still plan on doing some sleeving for it so it looks much cleaner and not as ugly.

a front view of the cable management

then i had to make a holder for the reservoir too, so i used some short L brackets to and got it all attached. looks great i must say. i'm really falling in love with techstations.

another shot of the L bracket/holder for the rad, forgot i already had one.

and here is a shot of the pump.... i still need to raise it off the ground so it has some type of airflow.

and here is a nice shot of the res! god its soo beautiful, i honestly could just stare it all day. it really is a piece of art! my pictures do it no justice at all.

a pic of the cpu block.

another pic of the pump with feser green o-ring

and a full shot of the whole thing

and here are some more shots of the res cause it deserves it and i just had to!

i didn't show the actual pics of my building the techstation... well cause it comes with instructions and such and i'm sure everyone else could just do that too so no boring stuff like that.

i forgot to say that this techstation will be used to test out my little experiments with the enzotech sapphire cpu block with different kinds of midplates to see if it helps with temps and such! thanks for stopping by and come again!

and for the dye, its one primochill syringe full of feser UV blue and one syringe of feser clear/uv blue. i'll take some night shots when i get a spare set of cathodes.

That looks absolutely awesome. Tech stations are FTW.

But you need clamps. I won't get any sleep tonight if you don't tell me you're gonna use clamps or zipties. It gives me nightmares.
