You won't be able to mold that stuff by hand. It's not the dough type. Think more like a putty knife and spreading it.

Dang, that'll make it a bit harder to mold. Is it that liquid? lol

Yea it's pretty thin. Thus why I said get the dough type

As posted, use something as a 'backer' to the panel and just try to spread the expoxy out over the whole bottom left side of the fan hole. You might need to do two applications to make it thick enough. I'm going by my experience with JB Weld brand, that brand you have might be a bit different. Nothing to lose though I suppose

Well, it was a work colleague that recommended me this epoxy, I just asked him how thick it is and he answered it's thicker than toothpaste most likely. But there's only one way to be sure... Open and try it!

Can't wait for saturday lol

I'm seriously thinking in covering the back where the PS2 port is (only on the plastic shell), maybe I can use a bit of plastic from the top where the window is and use the epoxy to stick it there some nice sanding and it gets good.

OT: Repo we really need to see a day to do some TF2 manslaughter, I wanna play with you guys again, including CR we didn't get to play since that day I couldn't simply connect to the server you and Gir were. /OT

Why would you cover the PS2 port? It is always good to have a backup in case you cannot access the BIOS with a USB keyboard. (My nForce3 was like that.) It is almost a necessity if you dual-boot, as many motherboards will not let you use a keyboard to select your OS.

I really don't have any PS/2 keyboards lol, I don't see any possible issues with it. The server will only run Windows Home Server, until now, using a USB or wireless keyboard did the trick. The PS/2 port may not even be working and I don't know since I never tried it lol

Doing this to avoid having a "hole" on the back with the xbox 360 power plug format. Mind you, when it comes to my own work, I'm REALLY hard on myself, I always want the things I create to look the best I can do and I "bash" myself when I know I was careless.
