Paint it? personally i would think the wood would look better if you stained it some kind of dark brown but thats my opinion. :] looks good so far.

Hmm.... Can't seem to find something made of the color... but I do have a pic of the current setup I have. GPU has a squealing capacitor, so I'll be sending it off on Monday, leaving me time to finish this up by Thanksgiving.

Ok so here's the thing.
I've realized that if I wanted to only have a single machine on this rack, I should've made it a little less tall. As a result, it's a bit too high for me to feel comfortable with, wasting all that space for a single machine. Therefore, I'm going to try to fit two systems into this single rack. One mobo on the top, one on the bottom. Also, I've been wondering about airflow. Should it be left to right, or top to bottom? Or vice-versa? What do you guys think?

Bah I feel lonely.
Anyways, I got half of a side panel done.  I thinking about what type of design I should have for the fan blowhole... Here's a test fit. I have the triangle ruler there because it won't stay up by itself.   Tomorrow's black friday!

You know the hole I cut for the PSU mounting? Apparently it was too short, so I had to elongate it. But I widened it too, so I had to widen the bottom as well, which ended up in a huge fiasco so I just decided to turn that panel into an acrylic display. I'll have pics up soon. Good camera left me so I'm gonna have to hunt down some AAA batteries for my old one.

Ok here's one finished side panel.
 With the acrylic in:  Looks a bit opaque right now... I may think about getting some LEDs to light it up. Anyways, now I need to get the second side panel right. Plus I need to create the mounts for the HDD and Optical drive. The wood I got isn't great. It's what I get for buying some cheapo 6USD 2'x3' plywood.
