What's the 3rd, the V350?

Or am I being numb and missing out another one?

If it is the V350 you're refering to I probably won't bother with it, it's too similar to the V300 to make it a worthwhile purchase.

V350 is a little bigger few cm's and has 120's in the front. I like it. I'm between that or the NZXT Rogue right now. Holding off till Black Friday or X-MAS

I've confirmed most of the hardware for this now!

I'm swapping the XSPC RS240 rad out for a 240 Stealth rad because we've got a used one spare at the shop.

For the fans i've found some nice Black / Blue Silverstone ones, will get those ordered shortly.

Should have some aluminium arriving tomorrow so I can make the plates to turn the 80mm fans into 120mm fans along with a plate to hold the bottom of the 5.25" bays together since I have to cut the 3.5" bays out to fit the rad. (make sense? )

Only thing left for me to decide now is the reservoir.
Do I use my Xirex Pump / Res DDC top or do I fasten a 150mm EK res onto the side of the case.?

More pics tomorrw night hopefully!

Xirex Pump/Res DDC combo. Never liked the EK reservoirs for some reason. :|

I am thinking of trying to make my own pump top for the D5 similar to how the DDC3.2's pump tops work

Just tried the Xirex res top and it's about 15mm too tall!

It's looking like the EK res now unless I find a suitable alternative.

Todays update, albeit a small one is as follows:

I've cut a piece of aluminum to size which will fasten the bottom of the 5.25" drives together after i've cut out the 3.5" bays.

Also cut another piece to size, once i've finished with this it'll accept 120mm fans instead of the tiny 80mm fans.

I've started looking at pump mounting, since the Xirex res top is too big it's looking at being a normal DDC top now with a stand alone reservoir.

More soon!

even if it is just a larger version of something like http://strobist.blogspot.com/2006/07...to-studio.html

Na it's not a proper photo studio but I bought some semi-decent lamps / umbrellas last week which has made a MASSIVE difference on how my photos come out.

I had those rubbish energy saving bulbs in the garage before so the light was really yellow and used to cause my camera to go nuts with any vibrant colours.
The lamps are a white light so things are alot clearer now!
