How did you bend the edges of that aluminum mesh so nicely ?

All of the mesh was stock from the 300, just sanded and painted silver. So no bending was needed.

Damn! Why didn't I see this thread before? Funny because I asked the other day whether my Corsair 650TX would be long enough for the Antec 300 case. Looks like you had no problem eh? Very nice modding on the case. +1

Haha. Thanks for the thread revival. Yeah the 650 cables are more than long enough for the 300. If you flip the PSU, that will get a few more inches of cable if you actually need it. But it would be a good idea to cut some vents in the bottom of the case. I tried it that way and it ran too hot.
