Does anyone know if I should wire the fans in parallel or series? and for whichever chosen one, can you describe to be the difference, I am a bit confused..
you lose voltage in series, so in parallel

series circuits require all switches and devices to be closed or the whole circuit is open, and voltage drops from device to device. In parallel, even though is sort of like a daisy chain, the devices are independent of each other as even tho they share a source, they each are their own circuit

hmm ok, so to my understanding is this parallel and series...

Both of your circuits are actually parallel circuits...
A series circuit is more like this...

every fan is daisy chained in the circuit..

Build looks great lastshot

The easy way for me to envision a parallel circuit is to think "Y cable". If you buy (or make) a Y splitter for your fans, that's a parallel circuit. You can have as many Y's as your fan controller (and PSU I suppose) can handle, and they can be in any configuration you want that works for you.

In this instance, you could have a single lead from each channel of the controller to each pair of fans, then each of these 4 leads would each split (at the rad) to connect to each fan pair you are controlling.

yeah that "Y" connector is exactly the same wiring as my "Parallel" drawing above.

im confused about which cable red or black, that would be daisy chained and how they would be connected in that fashion.

Arrow Update #9

Alrite, I spent a little while this morning measuring out all of the pieces I still need to cut. I then got all of my "scrap" acrlic together, so that I can use the smallest pieces of scrap I can for the cuts (to save the bigger pieces).

(Click pictures to enlarge)

Here are the "plans" (all measurements there are in cm)

Here is all of the "scrap" pieces of acrylic, Also in the back you can see the roll of foe carbon fiber I got, and the 4 gallons of Distilled water (one with dye).
