I would love to see the results of that enclosure.........I would heed Syrilian's advice regarding a service door though. The easier way to drain the loop with an externally mounted rad is to use one of the tubes on it. It makes it much easier for me.

Yeah I know, the crazy part tho is that that is only about a quarter of the things still coming! lol
![]() I re-named the project, I wasn't really digging the old name.. Also I ordered a bunch of Carbon Fiber film for the PSU, DVD Drive, and other things.. Originally I was going to paint the DVD drive, but I figured this would look neater. The RAM was delayed by UPS for an unknown reason, and will now be arriving Tuesday the 18th. Also Delvies Plastics (the place I get the acrylic from), made an error with my order and sent me a couple sheets of clear instead of the Dark Grey I ordered, luckily though they fixed it all quickly and shipped out the correct dark gray sheets along with a return shipment sticker for the clear sheets they sent me.

are the 2 fan controllers designed to have each of the 8 rad fans on it's own dial/knob?
You could save yourself from having to turn 8 dials and pair them up, 2 fans per channel. Maybe front/back pairs, or even 2 on the same side. If you are using them for something else in addition, lights maybe? then maybe my idea is worthless. Just seems like a lot of redundant fine tuning to have 8 fans right next to each other on separate controls. other than that- looks pretty cool, can't wait for build pics!

One fan uses .30amps and up to 13.8v but the Rheobus supplies a maximum of 12v, so .30amps*12volts= 3.2Watts per fan.. Each rheobus on that fan controller can have up to 20Watts on it, so I can have 4 fans per rheobus (knob).... So basically what that means is I only need one fan controller, as you said... time to do a little redesign... +
