CR - why is it in the last few threads, I always end up posting directly under yours?

Anyway. I LOVE IT. The only thing though - perhaps on the other side when you decide on your video card - redo the Aperture logo and do the same effect in reverse, this time leaving more of the logo showing. In the last pic it just looks like an orange blob. What you could also do it mate that panel to some acrylic so your case isn't just open all the time collecting dust.

Ain't it the truth. That's my code name for when I'm working on my case. Some people don't understand, but for those who do, they know. lol

Thanks. I've been following your Intelligence mod and it looks really good.

At first, I was thinking of putting up acrylic to seal the case off and possibly add a cool effect with some etching. But, the more I thought about it, the more I thought it had to be open. Putting acrylic on (somehow) reminded me of going into a store and not being able to touch part of a display item because a piece of plexi was covering it. I felt like that took away from the item. Also, as I was looking at past mods, I ran across a half life 2 mod, where the guy went all out and made his case look rusty. His sides were left open so ya. Dust is just something I'll have to deal with.

O, and for the ASEC logo on the other side, I'm trying as best as I can to replicate the original ASEC case and so I'm trying to get my other side panel. So, it's gonna look something like this.

Good ideas everyone! Keep them coming!

I love the idea but there is one thing i dont really like, and that is the crazy overspray. I get the concept and it works for it, but to me it looks so 'spray painted' and not destroyed. Maybe after a clear coat and what not my opinion will improve, but other than that nice build

I know, small update, but I just finished it and thought I'd show everyone. I don't have a very steady hand, but hey, I tried.

I'll put a little black overspray on it later, but for now, it looks alright.
