After the success of my first PlexiTechStation, I felt like making another one with a slightly different design. So I ordered up another two pieces (just in case I mess one up) and started up the torch.
I cleaned off my washing machine again and bent the first angle. Then bent it some more. I bent another slight angle to get the base. Here you can see where the motherboard will go and the base. Another angle. After making it this far, I saw that I had made a slight mistake. I wanted to put the hard drives in front of the motherboard but i didn't leave enough space. So, plan B is coming up later...First though, I have a bit of plexi still in the back. So, more bending. Another angle. Then bend it again to make a platform. And yes, the hammer are necessary... ![]() Another angle. Here, you can see plan B. Its the hole that I drilled... And here it is! Many pics... It was another simple project but I think it comes out with good results. I might drill another hole for more SATA cables and I really want to put some lights in it but we will see. What does everyone think?

Um, maybe. It isn't that hard. I used a propane torch, moved it back and forth above the plexi about 2 inches. Warmed both sided until it would bend. Then used a bunch of wet paper towels to cool it until it kept its shape.
