Alright, so after an extended absence (3 days without internet = eternity) I have returned! Here's what I've done:

I temporarily dropped the mobo into the case so that I could cut tubes to/from processor WB. It was at this point that I noticed that the rad covers both my pci slots. This would be a problem for my pci wireless network adapter.....

Leaktesting was good, so I got to work installing everything into the case. Man...with a fully internal watercooling setup, things get tight really quick. Even with a fairly large case. I knew that the sata cables and headers for power/reset etc would be under/behind the rad, I didn't realize that I would be unable to slide the mobo under with the wires attached.

I REALLY REALLY didn't want to pull the rad, but ultimately ...

off the rad came.

I was able to mount the mobo, but I had to flip the way my sata cables ran. I'll just have to do the best I can wire management wise.

My pci-e cables ended up being just a bit short, so I'll have to settle for just running them behind the mobo as opposed to behind the mobo tray.

Here she is as it sits right now.

I still need to reinstall the front door and finish the side panels. Install the ccfls & wire the switch. Then there is quite a bit of detail work to attend to. swapping out LEDs etc. Also, I need to clean off some fingerprints in a bad way.

yeah, it was the perfect storm of realizing i wouldn't be able to fit 2x watercooled 4850s w/ internal loop, and seeing the beautiful black pcb of the 55nm 260. It fits the look of the mod much better than the 4850s would've, too. Now if evga would get off their butt and release that voltage tweaker.
