Default Red Digital Camo Vaio
For Christmas, I got a used Sony Vaio laptop. Its a decent machine, and I'm using it for school. But this weekend I have decided to mod it. :P I am going to paint the lid of the laptop with red, dark red and black in a digital camo type look, as shown below:


Well I have already started working on it. I just finished dismantling it and bondo'ing the brand name on the lid:



I finished the base coat. Tomorrow I will start on the second layer (Dark red) I'm about to cut out the template.

Today I applied the template and now I'm waiting to apply a second coat of dark red:


The dark red isn't that much darker than the base color, but hopefully it will be somewhat different.
