I would do it in my A900 but i need the side fan. it blows air at my NB and cools my GPU too.

That looks like a pro job sir. Did one jigsaw blade do the whole cut? Did you have to clean it up with a file at all. I'm about to cut into my 900 and don't want to be missing the necessary tools.
