This case mod is dedicated to my sister who has been through alot the past 2 years with her health and other problems.
I would like to give a big Thank You to Lunchbox21984 for providing me with this case, motherboard, and CPU cooler for this project. Without him I wouldn't have been able to find another case like this to mod. Lion door pull found on ebay for this case mod:
![]() ![]() ![]() I then drilled two holes in the eyes for the LED to shine through: ![]() Orange LED with a 550 Ohm resistor hotglued in place: ![]() Final Product: ![]() I decided to place the CCFL switch in one of the 3.5 bay covers for easy convenience: ![]() With an exacto knife I carved out the plastic and the end result is this: ![]() Plastic parts sanded and ready for primer: ![]() Plastic parts primed: ![]() ![]() I removed the tabs on the side of fan holders and painted them: ![]() ![]() Fan holders and support beams painted:

Chassis has been deriveted and torn down to be prepped, primed, and painted:
![]() Back portions of the case primed: ![]() Expansion slot covers and front brace painted: ![]() 5.25 drive bay, support beams and HDD cage holders primed: ![]() Sanded HDD cage: ![]() 5.25 drive bay painted: ![]() HDD cage painted: ![]() I used wire cutters and a hacksaw blade to cut out the fan grills in the front and back of the case: ![]() Final product: ![]() Front of the chassis primed: ![]() Top and bottom of the case primed: ![]() Inside of the bottom painted: ![]() Back side panel sanded: ![]() Inside of back panel primed:

Bottom of the case painted, yes I know there are spots but those wont be seen:

Well I was running short on time so I decided to grab the side panel off of that case. Motherboard tray with planned wire cable management holes. The holes are cut to allow for any type of motherboard with connectors in various spots:

For the CPU fan I decided to use the second door pull on the fan guard:
![]() End result: ![]() Parts for this build include: Pentium D 820 3GBs of DDR2 667 Western Digital 160GB Sata HDD Radeon X1900GT Gigabyte GA P35-DS3L (no I/O shield as it was bought used) Leadtek TV Tuner DVD Burner Thermaltake Jungle 512 CPU Cooler ![]() Fans, fan grills, CCFLs, sata cable, painted inverter box, and Ultra 500 watt modular power supply and IDE cable wrapped in white electrical tape:

well, for being the one that provide this case for this comp., i will say this came out far from what i believed. looks like i might have to sign up for next years comp. be looking for me in the future, cause ive got some ideas turning.

The lions head is a real nice touch. I've always been a huge fan of the Black and White color combos and this is certainly not a let-down. Excellent work there. Good Luck in the Comp.
