I plan to play around in it soon (I am a procrastinator!)

Mini-itx eh, cool

Might I suggest going the AMD route with ITX, this AMD J&W MITX board has a pciex16 slot
or i hear zotac is going to release a intel itx mobo with a pciex16 slot

Geeks.com usually gets a shipment of those J&W boards once every three weeks and they go fast

Yo CR great to see you doing another project - I was getting bored a bit

I like the overall design and the color scheme.
I would like to see a more detailed update regarding the front panel soon.
While the lower intake fan obvious I want to know more about the 2 upper 'circles' where you intend to put lights and switches.
I am concerned that the front panel may turn out bit to 'cold' and the little girl my not like it because the computer looks too 'serious'.
Please treat the above comment as a 'thought stimulation' and not as criticism

Also not having optical drive how will you go about installing software? External drive?
