excellent work mate. I love the new stuff you did. It looks epic

if you want to add a nice touch, replace the screws that are in the drive bay mesh (light switches) with the same threaded black oxide allen caps screws ("socket caps")from mcmaster.com Low profile heads would look legend

you should be able to get them in small amounts (10 or 25 packs)
what are the screw sizes anyway? (thread size and length) maybe I have a few loose I could send you

Thanks man. I am gonna take one screw back to work with me to swap them out....If we have any. They are pretty tiny. I will let you know if I need you to look around for some.

If i had to guess by looking at them, that's what I would bet they are. If that is true, we should have some at work....Should i go with black or stainless??

Nice additions especially like what you did with the HD trays.
Wish my parts would get here already so I could start working on mine again.
The upside is I have had plenty of time to plan more mods in Photoshop, Illustrator, and
AutoCAD. Think I am going to have a few things done at the local machine shop since they have a waterjet.

Man a waterjet would be badass......think of the possibilities of a side window....any pic you could scan to your computer. There is money to be made with one of them things.....Good idea by the way. If it's available to you, might as well take advantage of it.....

I have my "C" channel from McMaster (I ordered it Saturday evening and it got here today!).....I have to say I'm impressed with their service and shipping. I'm gonna install it after dinner and post some more pics on page one.....It's gonna really tidy up the fan holes alot.

RemingtonBox: Thanks for the offer. I may take you up on it. I will know by Wednesday evening, and I'll let you know.

Edit: Pics are up on the front page.

Not sure what part of Iowa you are from but here is a list of water jet cutting services in Iowa.
http://www.thomasnet.com/nsearch.htm...1533906&loc=IA
I lived just outside of Cedar Rapids (Anamosa) back in the early/mid 90s.

I am going to have them do a few small projects for me and then try and strike up an agreement with them to improve their website which is terrible in exchange for some other things that I want to do. Namely a custom water block setup to replace the heat pipe setup on my P5N32-E Sli.
